Blah blah blah... People always say that. You should be grateful and at that very moment, when life seems to be taking a turn for the worse, most of us struggle to think of something to be grateful for. We can think of them easily when we are feeling great but struggle when feeling bad. But, what if you had a grateful thought in your "pocket" for example. And, what I mean by "pocket" is that you already have something preselected that you know no matter how bad things are "it" always puts a smile on your face. Be prepared so when the moment comes and you feel like all hope is lost... there it is... it could be a photo on your phone, or remembering a great vacation, thinking of someone you love dearly... it could be anything. What's in your "Gratitude Pocket?"
We never know what to expect in life... sometimes the darkest moments become the brightest moments. Like you, I have had a life of ups and downs and at certain points in my life I wasn't sure if I could go get much further down.
