I was just having a conversation with my great friend Trish Hetherington... I told her I love having clarity... it makes life flow. And so I continued to think about this. Without clarity we have no direction, we are just floundering throughout our day and eventually throughout our life? Once you have clarity you have direction and therefore making decisions is easy. You just have to ask yourself the question when you are about to do something or say yes to something... "Is what I am about to do... going to help get me where I want to go. If the answer is yes... make it work, if the answer is no, it is off the list! My question to you is... what are you so busy doing and why are you not reaching your goals and dreams? Is your day filled with clarity and direction or are you floundering?
Sometimes clarity takes some time to figure out... like perhaps years. Why? Because no one has ever really sat down with us to figure out what we want, including ourselves. Once we get into the game of life it seems that we have no control and we are quickly going around the board, landing in places that were seemingly just a roll of the dice and collecting our $200 for doing something that we are not sure how we actually landed there. Oh, right we rolled the dice. Did we forget to blow on the dice before we rolled it, perhaps we didn't rub our hands together first, either way we are here and we can't start the game over... or can we? I have a really good friend and a mentor that did just that. He played the game and won only to find out that he was playing the wrong game. Was it hard to figure that out, you bet it was. Was it hard to admit it, you bet it was but once you get clarity like no other it is time to make the jump and figure it out. At first it feels like you are letting people down around you and it feels like you wasted so much time, but the truth of the matter is that you probably could not get the clarify without all the experiences. We call that wisdom... wisdom is priceless if you understand what to do with it. My good friend Tom Chenault climbed up the latter of success only to find out he climbed up the wrong latter. The problem with that is once he figured it out he had to climb back down and start all over again. Check out his video about his 24 years of over night success. _ Thanks for stopping by! Marianne

We never know what to expect in life... sometimes the darkest moments become the brightest moments. Like you, I have had a life of ups and downs and at certain points in my life I wasn't sure if I could go get much further down. Archives
