Joe Rogan Experience
Joe Rogan caught up with my husband and me in Austin while we were traveling around the country in our camper. He was very intrigued about how we were able to make money and even support organizations that are fighting human trafficking, serving our Veterans, and supporting families of children who want to play hockey and asked us to share all the amazing places we have visited in our beautiful country! Joe: So Marianne how is that you and your husband are able to travel the country? Marianne: I have earned a residual income with my network marketing business that has allowed me to travel around the country with my husband and serve the people we meet along the way with their health and even their income. What makes what I do so unique is that the products that I represent really work and the people I serve get terrific results and they share with the people they meet along the way. Joe: Tell me more about the camper you live in and the truck you pull it with. Marianne: Joe, I am glad you asked about our camper. We searched for 3 years to find the camper we wanted that would provide us the most comfort in the smallest space. It has all the technology you could ask for including a WiFi extender and a solar panel. But, the truck is the most impressive with twin turbo engines, pretty loaded Ford F150 and you can’t even tell the camper is back there, especially when going up a hill. Joe: What are some of the amazing places you have been? Marianne: We travel to different locations, usually every few weeks, and we make a plan to travel for a a month or two at a time depending where we are going. We have traveled down the West Coast visiting Washington, and the Redwood Forest. We have also traveled down the East Coast through Maine and down to Florida. Because of my business being worldwide, as you can imagine, we have lots of friends in the United States and occasionally we head to an airport and take off to Australia, New Zealand, and Scotland to see Loch Ness! We have seen Gettysburg and toured Manassas National Battlefield Park and Yorktown Battlefield Colonial National Park. My husband and I have become a bit of history buffs. Joe: What words would you use to best describe the life you have created for you and your husband? Marianne: I started out with Autonomy and Liberty! I created a life of freedom to come and go as I please and a way to bring my husband with me by earning an income that allowed me to pay off our camper and our truck to give us financial freedom. It gave us choices about when and where we wanted to live. We made our home base in Longmont, Colorado because both our kids and their families live there. We plan to make a new home base once it makes sense to move. We travel around the country visiting family. Joe: I heard that you and your husband like to give back. What does that look like for you and Ken and why did you pick the particular organizations to support? Marianne: As you know, Joe, human trafficking has grown over the years and has basically been ignored as we focused on other so called distractions in this country. It breaks my heart that thousands of children are taken every year never to be returned to their family’s along with teenagers and young adults. Most of the people involved have been above reproach until now. We also support Homeless Veterans who have been forgotten. We support an organization that builds tiny homes for Veterans and they have programs to get them back on their feet, address their needs to get them back into society. And, we also support families who have children who want to play hockey and are not able to afford the programs. Hockey is very expensive and when we were struggling financially there was an organization that supported our son so he could play hockey. We have given back many different ways over the years by volunteering our time and now we are able to support them financially. My life is about serving the people I meet and giving back to organizations that are close to my heart. I want to thank you, Joe, for letting me share our story of freedom and giving back. God Bless you and your audience! Joe: Marianne it has been an honor to spend time with you today and thank you for all you are doing to support and serve others!
